Summary
A cancer diagnosis is a scary thing. It often comes out of nowhere and happens with people that are either living a healthier lifestyle or are close to others that do. Obviously the natural health community is missing pieces of the puzzle. This episode is an addendum to one I recorded four years ago about cancer solutions. I have changed my mind on a lot but also realized that I never explicitly defined what cancer is or where it's located in the previous show.
Key Points
- Alternative perspectives on cancer prevention and treatment
- Therapeutic applications of carbon dioxide
- Structured water properties and filtration methods
Key Moments
Grounding makes cells negatively charged to prevent clumping
Matt Blackburn discusses grounding via bare skin contact with the earth, grounding shoes, and silver-embedded earthing sheets as ways to maintain negative cell charge and prevent cellular clumping.
"It's grounding, which is connecting your bare skin to the earth, ideally in wet sand, but it could be grass, any conductive material out in nature. Now there's grounding shoes. I like earth runners. I wear those quite a bit in the summer, especially when it's in the 90s Fahrenheit."
Infrared light builds structured water inside cells
Blackburn explains how infrared light from sunlight and red light therapy panels helps form structured water inside cells, supporting total body health and helping with calcification, lipofuscin, and fibrosis.
"The infrared light from sunlight helps to form this jello-like structured water inside your cells. It's not something that you drink."
High-dose melatonin for EMF protection and cancer prevention
Blackburn advocates for melatonin supplementation above 5mg daily as one of the top nutrients for EMF protection, pushing back against claims that supplemental melatonin is toxic.
"If you don't megadose for years and years on end, they are safe. And a lot of the supplements that they demonize, namely it's melatonin and cholecalciferol or vitamin D3,"
Sauna use for heavy metal detoxification
Blackburn recommends sauna use at least once per week for heavy metal detoxification, with an ideal target of two to three times per week in a wood-burning barrel sauna.
"huge fan of sauna as well minimum once a week that is what i personally shoot for but once construction dies down here on my property i'd like to get back into the two to three times a week in my wood burning barrel sauna"
