About
Craig Heller is a professor of biology at Stanford University specializing in thermoregulation and sleep. He is a pioneer in palm cooling research and co-developed the technology behind CoolMitt.
His research demonstrated that cooling the palms between exercise sets can dramatically increase training volume by efficiently extracting core heat through the specialized blood vessels in glabrous skin.
